EP Teacher: Contract at 42,300 baht/month from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027

Teaching at a public secondary school in Surat Thani, the south of Thailand.
The position is for teaching 1 class of kindergarten 2 Midisaurus for 5hrs/week/class, 1 class of kindergarten 2 reading for 3hrs/week/class, 1 class of kindergarten 2 arts and crafts for 2hrs/week/class, and 1 class of kindergarten 3 Midisaurus for 5hrs/week/class, 1 class of kindergarten 3 reading for 3hrs/week/class, 1 class of kindergarten 3 arts and craft for 2hrs/week/class.
The total teaching load is 20 hours per week.
Full-time BFITS teachers at AST campus: 6

42,300 THB (EP/Content) salary per month plus 500 THB per hour if overtime
12 months (EP/Content) academic year contract that can be extended for additional years and additional benefits. *No unpaid months or reduced pay due to school holidays or reduced teaching hours*
Monthly supplemental attendance bonus of 750 THB per month
End of Contract bonus up to 36,000 THB
Guaranteed yearly 3% cost of living pay increase minimum

All Thai government holidays off with pay (13-15 days annually) *These are mandatory government holidays in addition to the paid vacation.

Assistance with visa extension and in obtaining a Non-B visa (Teacher must provide proper documentation: Original degree/TEFL/Police clearance)
Work permit and teaching license waiver paid by BFITS
Assistance (if needed) in locating housing
Airport pickup (if needed)

Western Management Style

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teach subject content to assigned classes as per the schedule provided.
Adapt and deliver the teaching resources provided by BFITS to suit students' needs.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and school staff.
Maintain student grading/assessment using the company's Learning Management System.
Attend office meetings or professional development held during office hours (if/when needed).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a Native English Speaker (i.e. Passport from the USA, CANADA, UK, IRELAND, AUSTRALIA, or NEW ZEALAND)
Bachelor's Degree
Police Clearance (can be local or national)
Basic Office/IT Skills
